As a component of our contracted Full Service Programs Masterplan provides Quality Assurance and Compliance programs tailored to your facility.  Included as part of our program, we work with your team to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are outlined within your Medical Equipment Management Plan. Our local and National experts are available to assist you with questions and provide guidance when issues arise.  This program includes

• Documentation in compliance with the Joint Commission’s Technical Competency requirements.
• QA and regulatory compliance support provided by a dedicated team of local and National industry leaders.
• Documented customer satisfaction surveys every three months.
